Licensing

Licensed by developer seats.

PhiWebs Code is licensed by developer seats, with a trial that lets you prove the workflow on your own infrastructure before you commit. Viewers, reviewers and approvers do not need a seat, and isolated networks can activate offline.

Licensing options

01 / Start

14-day trial

Run the platform with a small team, connect a real repository and validate the review workflow before you commit.

02 / Scale

Developer seats

License the developers who build. Viewers, reviewers and approvers do not consume a developer seat.

03 / Isolate

Offline activation

Use a signed license file for air-gapped deployments. No outbound connection is required to activate the platform.

What is included

What the license covers.

You bring the infrastructure and the model contract. We license the platform, the workflow and the update path.

01

Platform access

Use the full build, review and release workflow on your own infrastructure.

02

Updates and fixes

Keep the installation current through the release path provided with your license.

03

Your model access

Model traffic runs through your own provider or gateway, inside your deployment.

04

Support

Scope support and response terms around your rollout and operating model.

At expiry

Your applications keep running.

A license expiry should not take production down. It should stop new builder activity until the license is renewed.

01
Existing apps stay live Deployed applications and data remain available.
02
New work pauses New AI sessions, edits, builds and deployments wait for a valid license.
03
Renewal is an import Import the new signed license; no reinstall or data migration.
Questions

Licensing questions.

Is there a limit on applications?

No. The license covers the team, not the number of applications you build.

Do reviewers need a license?

No. Developer seats are for people who build. Viewers, reviewers and approvers do not need one.

Can we use the platform in an isolated network?

Yes. Installation and license activation are designed to work without outbound connectivity.

What happens when the license expires?

Existing applications keep running. New builder operations pause until a valid license is imported.

How does model access work?

Model traffic goes through your own provider or gateway, inside your deployment.
